Verificata The room and the staff went above and beyond meeting our expectations.
☺ The location was good; near train station and the museums and restaurants we liked.
It was a very nice place to stay with a caring, helpful staff.
I had an accident with the microwave the consequences of which were handled professionally.
My husband mistakenly turned off a circuit breaker while trying to turn off a kitchen light. That was remedied quickly by the staff. Thank goodness the rest of our stay went smoothly. Makes for repeat customers.

☺Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en servicegericht; de inrichting van het hotel en de kamer; de hygiëne; het uitgebreide assortiment bij het ontbijt.
